Life and ministry change rarely happen in a day. Instead, it is the result of a season of ever-deepening experiences. That is why The River Network offers sequential equipping on three levels:

Level 1: Information
Seminars introduce multiplication concepts and practices
Level 2: Application
Coaching provides personalized guidance and accountability to help put information into practice
Level 3: Transformation
Extended cohorts in which God deepens our understanding and changes our values, spirits, and habits.
The Church's Ecosystem
God created all living things thrive in ecosystems (environments of interdependence.) Remove just element from the ecosystems and all others will be affected.
Likewise, every believer and church exists within a Kingdom Ecosystem, where disciples make disciples, and some of those disciples become disciple-making leaders, and some of those leaders plant new churches, which are highly effective at multiplying new disciples, and the cycle continues.
Remove just one element and all others are weakened.
The River Network exists to help you nourish your Kingdom Multiplication Ecosystem at each level: multiplication of disciples, developing leaders, planting churches, and regional bodies.
