Our Team

Steve is the Founding Pastor Crossroads Church (now Table Church), a cell-based, multi-site congregation in Pittsburgh, Pa. He has been active in church planter training since 2015.

Today, Steve serves as Director of Church Multiplication for the Global Methodist Church and Regional Coordinator for Europe. He is the author of three books: The Church in Many Houses, Hear, it See it, Risk it; and A Jesus-Shaped Life.

Shana serves as the Director of Operations for The River Network, helping to support the systems, processes, and teams that equip leaders to multiply disciples and churches.

Shana graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with degrees in Sociology, Music, and Global Studies; and has a passion for international work, shaped by extensive travel across 5 continents. Her commitment to disciple-making has been developed by over a decade at The Table Church, through engagement in small groups and relational discipleship.

Shana enjoys playing piano and guitar on the worship team, painting, running, and spending time with her two children.

Amie Kajzer serves in Finance and Administration, where she helps support the organization’s financial health and day-to-day operations. She holds an MBA and enjoys bringing organization and clarity to her work.

Outside of work, Amie is a mom of two boys who loves to travel and explore new places. She enjoys time with her family and discovering new destinations.

Pastor Flo Demus, affectionately known as Servant Flo, brings more than 40 years of ministry experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and an honorary Doctorate in Ministry. A dynamic speaker, Servant Flo is widely recognized as a trainer, teacher, prayer leader, pastor, and life coach who has ministered internationally. She is also an accomplished author and media producer with experience hosting across various television and media platforms. Passionate about unity and spiritual growth, Servant Flo is committed to helping people discover their purpose and grow into their full potential as she faithfully serves as an instrument of God’s transforming power and presence.

Steve has served as a pastor in the USA for over 30 years. His purpose-driven passion for worldwide church planting and discipleship training led him to begin serving internationally in 2009 as a trainer of pastors and leaders.

In 2022, Steve began living in Eldoret, Kenya, and married his wife Melda, a Kenyan, in 2023 after his first wife passed away in 2021. Steve has a keen interest in following the worldwide expansion of evangelical Christianity.

Ben Ingebretson is a church planter, pastor, and coach with more than 20 years of experience in new church development. He has trained and coached hundreds of church planters across urban, rural, and ethnic contexts, helping leaders identify priorities and take practical steps toward healthy multiplication. Ben studied at Bethel University and University of Aberdeen and is the author of several books, including Plant Like Jesus. He lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his wife, Karen, and enjoys spending time with his family and sailing the Great Lakes.

Rev. Dr. Eliseo A. Mejia is a pastor, coach, and church-planting strategist who has spent more than 35 years training and equipping leaders across cultures in the United States and internationally. Passionate about helping leaders discover their purpose and develop healthy, multiplying ministries, he has coached and mentored generations of church planters and ministry leaders. Dr. Mejia holds advanced degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary and Dallas Theological Seminary and is the author of The Between Two Worlds / Entre Dos Mundos. He is widely respected for his bilingual leadership, cross-cultural ministry experience, and commitment to developing healthy, mission-focused churches.

Kenny Ott is an experienced church planter, pastor, and missiologist who has spent more than two decades leading churches and coaching pastors. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and an endorsed Life Coach with the Global Methodist Church. Kenny holds advanced degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary and Candler School of Theology and lives in Waleska, Georgia, with his wife, Cathi.

Andy Postell is an experienced church planting coach who equips and mentors leaders to launch healthy, mission-focused churches across diverse contexts. With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial business experience and over two decades in pastoral leadership—including church planting and multiethnic church revitalization—he brings practical insight to developing vision, strategy, and sustainable ministry systems. Andy is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and currently serves as a coach with The River Network International and as Conference Superintendent of the North Georgia Conference of the Global Methodist Church. He and his wife, Claire, enjoy traveling and investing in emerging leaders and church multiplication.

Timo Barbosa is a dedicated ministry leader passionate about empowering churches to cultivate vibrant, relational discipleship through Small Groups. With years of experience in shepherding diverse congregations, Timo’s leadership style emphasizes community building, biblical growth, and multiplying disciples. His heart for ministry is deeply rooted in seeing people connect authentically, grow spiritually, and serve passionately. His leadership is marked by a commitment to Ephesians 4:12-13, where he believes in equipping the saints for the work of ministry, and he thrives in building teams that embody this mission.

Married to Ina and father to Abe, Micah, and Ada, Timo is also the driving force behind Catalyst Community, a ministry devoted to engaging churches and leaders in fulfilling the Great Commission, Great Commandment, and Great Collaboration. He thrives on seeing churches come together in unity, mission, and love.

James Lazarre is a Christian leader, teacher, and mentor committed to biblical discipleship and kingdom multiplication. With theological training and pastoral experience, he is passionate about equipping believers to grow in spiritual maturity, holiness, and missional leadership rooted in Scripture.

He is the founder of New Vision for Better Life, a ministry dedicated to holistic transformation through Christ-centered teaching and community engagement. Under his leadership, the ministry serves children and families through mentorship initiatives, food assistance programs, educational support, and community empowerment efforts—demonstrating the gospel in both word and action.

James is devoted to multiplying disciples and leaders who live missionally, reproduce spiritually, and reflect the character of Christ in their homes, churches, and communities.

Chris is Executive Pastor Latrobe Community Ministries – A Global Methodist Multi-Campus Congregation Located in Latrobe, PA . He serves as Presiding Elder for Pittsburgh South Circuit of Allegheny West Annual Conference of the Global Methodist Church. He has Pastored for 41 years in a variety of settings including Campus Pastor for New Church Start. Extensive National and International Mission training and teaching experience.

Chris has a passion for building leaders, coaching pastors, and flying airplanes. He is married to Carla for 45 years. They have an adult son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
