Getting on the Same Page: An Introduction to GMC Missions

Purpose: To provide an introduction to “GMC Missions”: Biblical foundations; our mandate (including reaching UPGs); structuring, connectionalism, partnerships, roles of AC and local church mission leaders.

Resources & tools (including the Wesleyan Network for Global Missions and the Acts 1:8 Missional Congregation Award) will be introduced, and a ‘train-the-trainer’ experience with Engage! Mission Training will be provided.

Participants will have opportunity to share how their conferences are equipping churches and engaging in missions, as well as discuss challenges.

We will have opportunity for praise, worship, and intercessory prayer.

Cost: no registration fee to attend.

• Monday night dinner and Tuesday lunch will be provided. (Tuesday night participants can explore and enjoy local area restaurants)
