Steve Cordle

Dr. Steve Cordle

Executive Director of The River Network

Steve is founding pastor of Crossroads Church, group-based church with 5 locations around Pittsburgh, Pa. His missionary heart can be traced to his coming to Christ through a missionary team while living in Brussels, Belgium.

He also coaches pastors and church planters in the United States and in Western Europe.

He has also been a Master Trainer with Dynamic Church Planting International, and is the author of three books.

Steve is a classically trained pianist and a middle infielder on his softball team.

His most important partner is his wife Linda; they have three adult sons, three daughters-in-love and four grandchildren.


Shana Dobrowski

Shana Dobrowski

Director of Operations

Shana currently serves as the Director of Operations for The River Network, helping church planters around the world. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, with degrees in Sociology, Music and a certificate in Global Studies. As an avid traveler, she has worked on three continents and has visited over 25 countries. She has a heart for church multiplication and international work.

Shana lives with her husband, two children, and their rambunctious Australian Shepherd, Ryder. She enjoys riding her horse, and playing keyboard and electric guitar.

Kenny Ott

Director of Coaching

Kenny has led churches and coached pastors for more than two decades as a missionally-focused vision strategist. His passion is pouring into strong church leaders, building high performing teams, and helping churches discover and live-in to their unique part of God’s redemptive mission.

Kenny is a trained personal and executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching, as well as a Certified Vision Navigator and Strategic Coach with Auxano. He brings a breadth of leadership and vision knowledge from his ten years of experience in the military, fourteen years with a Fortune 100 company, and more than two decades of leading church staffs to find organizational clarity, ministry alignment, and strategic direction. 

Kenny’s education includes a Doctorate of Ministry in Church Leadership and Biblical Preaching from Asbury Theological Seminary, a Master’s of Divinity from Candler School of Theology at Emory University, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Personal and Executive Coaching certificate from the College of Executive Coaching.

Kenny and his wife Cathi live in Waleska, GA with their black Labrador, Ben.
