Dr. Steve Cordle

Executive Director 

Steve is the founding pastor of Crossroads Church, group-based church with 4 locations around Pittsburgh, Pa. His missionary heart can be traced to his coming to Christ through a missionary team while living in Brussels, Belgium.

He also coaches pastors and church planters in the United States and in Western Europe.

He has also been a Master Trainer with Dynamic Church Planting International, and is the author of three books.

Steve is a classically trained pianist and a middle infielder on his softball team.

His most important partner is his wife Linda; they have three adult sons, three daughters-in-love and four grandchildren.

Shana Dobrowski

Director of Operations

Shana currently serves as the Director of Operations for The River Network, helping church planters around the world. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, with degrees in Sociology, Music and a certificate in Global Studies. As an avid traveler, she has worked on three continents and visited over 25 countries. She has a heart for global church multiplication and international mission work.

Shana lives with her husband, two children, and their rambunctious Australian Shepherd. She enjoys riding her horse, and playing keyboard and electric guitar.

Steve Howell

Regional Representative to Africa

Steve's ministerial tenure spans over 30 years in the USA. His purpose-driven passion for worldwide church planting training led him to join Dynamic Church Planting International in 2009, where he held the role of Vice President of Partnerships. In August of 2015, he began serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at ZimZam Global. Steve and his wife, Melda, currently reside in Eldoret, Kenya where he serves The River Network International as the Africa Representative. 

Steve has a passion for seeing churches planted, fostering effective discipleship, and nurturing leadership growth in all churches. Grateful for the boundless energy and strength granted by God, Steve envisions serving the Lord until his last breath. As he often reminds us, the mission continues.

Ben Ingebretson

Ben has been a church planter, pastor of a multiplying church and director of church planting. Over those 35 years he has worked with 100's of new churches as a coach, trainer and supervisor. Ben feels one of his best gifts to humbly offer is his hard earned wisdom derived from planting failures and mistakes. He is author of several books most recently Plant Like Jesus: the church planters devotional.

Eliseo Mejia

Eliseo has invested the last 35 years training, teaching leaders, forming teams, and planting new churches in different cultures and multi-ethnic settings. Eliseo received his Doctorate of Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary and is the author of several church planting publications in both English and Spanish. In addition to his coaching with The River Network International, he has also coached with First Impressions, Path 1, and Missional Formation/Healthy Rhythms.
