-develop the habits of disciple-making leaders
-develop a comprehensive strategy for sustained disciple multiplication
-explore the unique structure of a disciple-focused church
-understand how to change your church without killing it
-receive coaching and interact with peers

Refocus is for
-Pastors who are making disciples and want to move to a new level
-Pastors and lay leaders who recognize their churches need revitalization
-Leaders who are committed to making disciples but have not seen the fruit they seek.
Recommended participants: Pastor and two church leaders (though individual pastors are welcome). Additional participants can be accomodated.
