The Multiplying Church Roundtable

How do we actually build a church that sends everyday missionaries—not just gathers attenders?

Abstract green textured pattern with wavy, zigzag lines. The overlapping shades of green create a dynamic, rippling effect, evoking movement.

A 2-day, interactive conference for pastors and church leaders who are actively pursuing the multiplication of disciples, leaders, groups, and churches.

 This isn’t a sit-and-listen conference.
It’s a space to process, share, wrestle, and learn together.
Each session will start with a core idea related to multiplication from a presenter before the ball is tossed to the rest of the room.

That means you won’t just hear ideas—you’ll engage real stories, real challenges, and real-time with fellow  practitioners in the field.

To keep it relational and meaningful, we’re limiting this to 30 leaders.

Why this exists

One of the best things you can do as a leader is to learn from those who are getting the results you want. While there are a variety of church resources available, we’ve often wondered “who are the churches actually multiplying disciples, groups, and churches? How can we learn from each other?”

There are few spaces where you can learn from churches of all sizes talk about the realities of disciple making. But most leaders would admit—it’s often the conversations between sessions that make it worthwhile– an insight is dropped or an opportunity realized.

And, as Tim Stevens has pointed out, those peer-to-peer moments often bring the kind of clarity and insight that no platform ever could. So while conferences can be valuable, it’s often the conversations between sessions that bring the most insight and clarity.

This is why we created the Multiplying Church Roundtable.

Because if you’re serious about making disciples, you’ve probably felt the tension:
     • You’re trying to invest deeply in leaders… but Sunday keeps coming.
     • You’re calling people to mission… but comfort and consumerism keep pulling them inward.
     • You’re fighting for simplicity and focus… while programs and expectations compete for attention (sometimes from your own leaders).

And maybe the biggest question underneath it all:

How do we actually build a church that sends everyday missionaries—not just gathers attenders?

That’s what this space is for.

Who is it for

This is for pastors and church leaders who are actively building a disciple-making culture.

You’ll benefit from this Roundtable if your church is:
Prioritizing relationships over programs as the primary way disciples are made

Equipping everyday people—not just pastors—to lead and disciple others

Gathering weekly for worship while also engaging in mission throughout the week

Developing leaders who can multiply groups, not just sustain them

Seeing real movement: people coming to faith, taking steps of obedience, and growing into leadership

Come ready to share– not just what’s working, but where you’re stuck. If you’re trying to build something simple, reproducible, and multiplying—this is for you.
